Section 1

Eligibility and Registration

To open a jewin account and participate in any gaming activity on the platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process; (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law; (e) not be a current employee, director, officer or agent of jewin or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person. jewin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and entitles jewin to close the account and retain any balance without compensation.

Section 2

Identity Verification (KYC)

jewin is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its commitment to safe and compliant platform operations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card, passport or driving licence; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); proof of payment method ownership for any payment method used on the account. KYC verification is mandatory before jewin processes your first withdrawal. jewin may request KYC documents at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Section 3

Platform Use and Availability

jewin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jewin makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. jewin may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to any part of the platform for maintenance, upgrades, security purposes or any other reason without prior notice. jewin accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, including but not limited to missed betting opportunities, expired bonuses or unsettled wagers at the time of an interruption.

Section 4

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jewin operates. In the event of a dispute between you and jewin, you agree to first contact jewin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jewin will endeavour to respond to all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process. You agree that any claim against jewin shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

Section 5

Account Termination and Suspension

jewin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if: (a) jewin reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) an account is found to have been opened with false information; (c) there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software (bots), or any other form of fraudulent activity; (d) a chargeback or disputed transaction is raised against a deposit made to the account; (e) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (f) jewin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon closure, jewin will return any verified, withdrawable balance to the account holder via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

Section 6

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jewin is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. All transactions on jewin are monitored for suspicious activity. jewin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. jewin reserves the right to freeze funds and request additional documentation where AML concerns are identified. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, to prevent the laundering of funds through the platform.
Account Rules

Your jewin Account

Each registered jewin account is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. The following rules apply to all jewin accounts at all times.

  • One Account Per Person

    Each individual may register only one jewin account. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts may be forfeited in full.

  • Accurate Personal Information

    You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your name, date of birth, address and payment method details. Notify jewin immediately if any of your registered details change.

  • Password and Login Security

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jewin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jewin support immediately to request an account lock.

  • No Account Sharing or Transfer

    jewin accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or otherwise transfer your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Financial Terms

Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses

7.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jewin is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible. jewin does not charge a processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees. Deposits are normally credited to your jewin account within 60 seconds. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact jewin support with your transaction reference number.

7.2

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at jewin is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. jewin aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one business day for bank transfer requests. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification — accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawals held until verification is successfully completed. jewin reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In the event that a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact jewin support providing your account details and withdrawal reference.

7.3

Bonuses and Promotions

jewin offers a range of bonus promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry period for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless explicitly stated. jewin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing wagers to neutralise risk, or using prohibited game types to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in account closure.
Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Violate These Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jewin platform. jewin actively monitors for these behaviours and will take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

  • Fraud and Chargebacks

    Attempting to defraud jewin through false deposit claims, unauthorised chargebacks, stolen payment methods or any other deceptive financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be referred to law enforcement authorities.

  • Use of Automated Software

    Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any software that interacts with the jewin platform in a non-human manner is prohibited. jewin employs technical countermeasures to detect such activity and will close any account found to be using automated tools.

  • Collusion and Match Fixing

    Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or placing wagers based on inside knowledge of fixed or manipulated match outcomes, is prohibited. jewin will report any credible evidence of match fixing involvement to the relevant sports integrity authorities.

  • Underage Gambling

    Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or using jewin. If jewin determines that an underage person has accessed the platform, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to appropriate child protection authorities.

Additional Provisions

Intellectual Property, Liability & Amendments

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the jewin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of jewin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jewin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the jewin platform without jewin's prior written consent.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure. jewin's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jewin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by jewin's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

jewin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, jewin will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, jewin may notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of jewin following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the revised Terms take effect.

Section 11

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. The modification or deletion of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with any applicable bonus terms, privacy policy and responsible gaming policy published on jewin, constitute the entire agreement between you and jewin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations, whether written or oral.
